Our Saccharomyces Boulardii supplement provides 20 billion viable organisms per gram. This equates to 8 billion viable organisms per vegan capsule provided. We have blended our Saccharmoyces with L-glutamine to create a perfectly balanced supplement.
Saccharomyces Boulardii is a unique, non-pathogenic, transient yeast that is proven to survive without refrigeration. This makes it ideal for adding to your suitcase when you travel. S. Boulardii does not multiply (colonise) in the gut and takes just three days to reach a maximum steady state. The activity of S. Boulardii is exerted as it makes its way through the digestive tract. L-Glutamine is an amino acid found in high amount in the body. It is produced in skeletal muscle and then released into circulation and used in gut epithelial tissue.
