  Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifier (acacia gum, sunflower lecithin), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), medium chain triglycerides, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin 5 phosphate sodium (vitamin B2), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium hydroxide), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), retinyl acetate (vitamin A) folic acid (vitamin B9), flavouring (natural blackcurrant and plum), thickener (xanthan gum), potassium iodine, sodium selenate anhydrous (selenium), phylloquinone (vitamin K1), D-biotin (vitamin B7), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), adenosylcobalamin (vitamin B12), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

• Dosage

  How to Initially use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Dosage Use 4 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

  Suitable for: Adults Children aged 13 years and above. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Keep out of children's reach. Do not exceed recommended dosage - excessive usage may produce laxative effects. Excessive levels of vitamin A can be harmful during pregnancy, please ensure you are not exceeding recommended doses and always consult with a medical professional if you are unsure. Contains xylitol. Not suitable for: For use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding
